Adopt a Beehive have launched a competition for the best photos of your wildflower plantings following the give away of free packs of wildflower seeds last year at the Spring Convention. Many beekeeping associations and individual BBKA members pledged to plant a pollinator patch in aid of Burt’s Bees #BringBackTheBees campaign. So, a year on, we want to see what they look like?
Please send your photos to [email protected] by 31st March. The winner will receive a £100 shopping voucher to spend at the Spring Convention trade show on Saturday April 14th at Harper Adams University in Shropshire plus a gift pack from Burt’s Bees. The lucky winner will be announced in June’s issue of BBKA News. Good luck!
Burt’s bees, the long term sponsor of Adopt a Beehive, is once again donating 53kg of wildflower seeds to the BBKA to be planted this year, marking the second year of their campaign to #BringBackTheBees .
All local beekeeping associations and BBKA members are invited to collect their free seeds from the Adopt a Beehive stand at the Spring Convention which takes place 13th to 15th April at Harper Adams University in Shropshire. They are available in 100g packs.
